1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• You will receive tracking details once shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–7 days

• Other Cities: 5–10 days

• Remote Areas: 7–14 days

Delivery times depend on the courier company.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1500

• Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout

4. Wrong / Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

• Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Send photos + unboxing video (optional but helpful)

• We will replace or refund as per verification

5. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns only when:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Manufacturing defect

We do not offer returns for:

• Books damaged after use

• Book content dissatisfaction

• Personal preference change

• Items purchased during sale

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed:

• To the original payment method

7. Order Cancellation

• Allowed before the product is shipped

• Not allowed once dispatched
